Terms of Use – Ottilea Waitlist
1. Who we are
The website ottilea.com and the upcoming Ottilea service are operated by penact s.r.o., Company ID 09959980, registered office at Orelská 513/5, Vršovice, 101 00 Praha 10, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 345396 (“we”, “the operator”).

2. What these terms cover
These terms govern the use of ottilea.com and joining the waitlist for Ottilea – an upcoming community service that connects women in Prague into small groups and organises their meetings in person.
The website is currently informational only and serves solely to join the waitlist. Joining is not an order, involves no payment, and creates no obligation for you to use Ottilea later.
3. Joining the waitlist
3.1 You join by entering your e-mail address and submitting the form. Your place is confirmed immediately – there is nothing to confirm.
3.2 We send you a welcome e-mail straight away. It confirms your sign-up, contains your personal invitation link for a friend, and a link you can use to unsubscribe at any time.
3.3 If the welcome e-mail does not reach you because the address does not exist or your provider rejects it, we remove the address from the waitlist and do not send it the launch invitation.
3.4 Joining is free and open to persons aged 18 and over.
3.5 You may only enter your own e-mail address. Entering someone else’s address without their knowledge is not permitted.
3.6 One e-mail address = one place on the waitlist. The place is personal and non-transferable.
3.7 You can leave the waitlist at any time via the link in every e-mail or by writing to hello@ottilea.com. Leaving also ends the benefits under Article 4.
4. Founding member benefits
2 months of membership free
4.1 Women who join the waitlist before the service launches are offered the first 2 months of Ottilea membership free of charge.
4.2 To claim it, register for the service after launch using the same e-mail address you have on the waitlist, within 30 days of receiving the launch invitation.
4.3 No payment card is required to claim the benefit.
An extra month for inviting a friend
4.4 Your welcome e-mail contains a personal invitation link. When another woman joins through it, you both receive an extra month of membership free, in addition to the benefit under Article 4.1.
4.5 An extra month is credited for each woman who joins through your link, up to a maximum of 6 invitees – that is, a maximum of 6 extra months.
4.6 The benefit arises only if the invited woman completes her sign-up and her address is deliverable. Sign-ups clearly created only to obtain the benefit (for example addresses belonging to one person, or automatically generated ones) do not count.
4.7 Please send the link only to women you believe would be interested in Ottilea. Sending it to unknown addresses, distributing it in bulk, or publishing it in unsuitable places is not permitted.
Common rules
4.8 The benefits cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another person, or combined with another promotional offer unless we state otherwise.
4.9 The benefits apply to the service in the scope and form in which we launch it. They do not entitle you to a specific number of meetings, a specific group, or a specific date.
5. The service is still in preparation
5.1 Ottilea has not launched yet. The launch date, final form of the service, its scope, meeting frequency and membership price are not binding and may change.
5.2 We reserve the right to launch later, in a different form, for only part of the waitlist, or not at all.
5.3 Joining the waitlist does not create any entitlement to the service, to a place in it, or to any compensation if we do not launch or launch in a different form.
5.4 Prices and contractual terms of the service will be published in separate terms and conditions before you have to decide whether you want a membership.
6. Rules for using the website
6.1 Please use the site in the ordinary way. You may not submit false or third-party data, flood the form with automated sign-ups, circumvent security measures or otherwise disrupt the site.
6.2 If we suspect misuse, we may cancel the sign-up and restrict access.
7. Website content
Texts, photographs, the Ottilea logo, graphics and other content are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view them and share a link to the site; any other use (copying, modification, commercial use) requires our consent.
8. Availability and liability
8.1 The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time.
8.2 We are not liable for damage caused by unavailability of the site, by e-mail delivery failures on your provider’s side, or for the content of third-party sites we link to.
8.3 Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Personal data
How we handle your e-mail address and other data is described in our Privacy Policy at ottilea.com/en/privacy.
10. Disputes
10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
10.2 If you are a consumer and we cannot reach an agreement, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution before the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, www.coi.cz, or another authorised alternative dispute resolution body.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. The current version is always at ottilea.com/en/terms with its effective date. If a change materially affects your place on the waitlist or the benefits under Article 4, we will let you know by e-mail.
